To replace a leaky Schrader valve you need a special set of tools to remove them these keep the system untouched and closed while removing the valves.
First i would give the valve a little blip just to see if it needs to seat properly this will cure 90% of leaky valves if this does not work proceed to connect tool to the correct connection port on this occasion its a low side port Schrader valve.
Before starting check to see you have the correct size tool
First pull out the Schrader valve tool and close off the valve
above I slowly lower the tool insert and engage onto the valve
I slowly undo the the valve and pull the tool insert to the top and close the valve you can now swap the valves over and do the reverse
below sapping the valve over and slotting in firmly in the tool
below removing the tool after tightening the valve
I then test the tightness with my normal Schrader removal tool
And lastly just blip the valve to ensure its seated correctly and working
